1. Personal data we collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect your name, phone or WhatsApp number, email address, company name, delivery address, postal code, ordered products, instructions, correspondence and order reference.

The web server may also record technical information such as IP address, browser type, requested pages, date and time, and security events.

2. How we use personal data

• To receive, verify, fulfil and support order requests.
• To arrange delivery, payment and customer communication.
• To respond to questions, returns, warranty claims and disputes.
• To understand website use and improve navigation and content.

3. Cookies, analytics and external services

The order form uses an essential session cookie to maintain form security and continuity.

We use Google Analytics 4 to measure visits and understand how the site is used. Its default implementation may collect user and session statistics, approximate location, browser and device information, and on-site activity. Google Analytics may store first-party cookies such as _ga and _ga_<container-id> to distinguish users and preserve session state. We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the site through behavioural metrics, heatmaps and session replay. Clarity may use first- and third-party cookies and other tracking technologies and may receive interaction, device and technical data. The Contact Us page includes an embedded Google Map; when that page loads, Google may receive technical request data such as your IP address and browser information under its own privacy terms. If our use of cookies or external services changes, this notice will be updated and any consent required by law will be requested.

4. When information may be shared

We may provide only the information reasonably needed to service providers such as delivery partners, hosting, email or analytics providers, payment providers, professional advisers and public authorities where required or permitted by law. We do not sell personal data.

5. Protection and retention

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information handled. No internet transmission or storage method is completely risk-free. Personal data is retained only while needed for the purpose collected, business records, dispute handling, fraud prevention or legal requirements, then deleted or anonymised when practical.

6. Access, correction and withdrawal

You may ask to access or correct personal data we hold about you, subject to applicable exceptions. You may also withdraw consent with reasonable notice. Withdrawal may affect our ability to fulfil an order or provide a requested service where the information remains necessary.
